- Fairfield Inn, Charleston, WV: A joint venture project with Penta Hospitality, CA. SWHM will be in charge of    managing and renovation of 136 rooms. Spacious guest rooms at a superior value for both business and leisure    travelers.  

- Best Western Charleston Plaza Hotel, Charleston, WV: A joint venture project with Penta Hospitality, CA. SWHM will be in charge of managing,    renovation and conversion to Best western brand of 160 rooms. 9 floors, with great downtown location. Walking    distance to CAMC Hospital, Charleston Civic Center and Charleston Town Center Mall.
